Meridian is in early access with a small group of parts distributors and heavy-duty shops. Public pricing is published when we launch broadly. Sign-ups are paused while we onboard the first wave — leave your email and we'll let you know the moment they open.

What you can count on
A full free trial.
Set up your shop and run real work through it before you decide to continue.
We don't take a cut of your sales.
No percentage of counter sales, service orders, or the payments you run through Meridian. What your processor charges is between you and them.
Your records stay yours.
Export your orders, customers, parts, and ledger as CSV whenever you want — and for 30 days after you leave, whether or not you continue with us.
Cancel any time.
No term commitment on a trial and no cancellation fee. If Meridian isn't right for your shop, stop.

When will pricing be published?
At public launch. We'd rather publish nothing than publish a number we then have to change.
Is there really a free trial?
Yes. Create your shop, set it up, and run real work through it. We publish the trial terms at launch.
What happens to my data if I don't continue?
It isn't deleted the moment a trial ends. You can export your records at any time, and for 30 days after you stop, as set out in our Terms of Service.
Can I talk to someone before starting?
Yes. Email sales@meridianhdx.com and we'll walk through your counter, shop, and network setup.
Can I run multiple legal entities under one account?
Yes. Our Enterprise tier supports multiple Organizations under one Enterprise umbrella, with intercompany agreements, paired transfers, and either independent books or auto-share accounting. You pick the mode that matches how you're legally structured.
Can my buying group share inventory across members?
Yes. Our partner-network feature gives members cross-dealer inventory search with per-pair trust rules (catalog only, bucketed availability, or full wholesale). Each member keeps their own books and customer data; cross-dealer orders create paired documents on both sides automatically.
