Send it for approval and let the customer see the photos, the inspection findings and the number on their phone. Approvals land back on the order, timestamped.
A tech finds something else
The finding goes on the inspection, becomes a line the writer can price, and — if it does not get approved today — stays on the unit as deferred work you can quote next visit.
The customer wants to pay before they collect
Send the invoice as a pay link. Card, ACH, or take it at the counter. Processing is optional and does not unlock anything.

Questions
- Is there a limit on how many people can log in?
- No. Every edition includes unlimited users, and that is a published commitment rather than a current promotion — see the Customer Bill of Rights. Give the login to everyone who needs it.
- What happens when I outgrow Shop?
- You change edition and more packs turn on over the same organization. Your data does not move, your history does not reset, and nothing has to be re-entered — the packs are switches over one system, not separate products.
- Can I take card payments?
- Yes, and you are not required to. Processing is optional on every edition, it never unlocks a feature, and you choose the rail. If you would rather keep your existing merchant account and just record the payment, that works.
