Mobile edition

Your shop is a truck. The software should know that.

Dispatch the call, get the tech there with the history in hand, capture the work on a phone in a yard with one bar of signal, and invoice before the truck is back. Every truck you add costs nothing, because charging by the truck would only teach you to run fewer of them.

Who this is for: A mobile or on-site heavy-duty service operator — trucks that go to the work, rather than a bay the work comes to.

Close the loop between the call and the invoice while the tech is still on site.

Mobile work leaks money in the gap between what happened at the customer's yard and what got written down that evening. Mobile closes it: the ticket, the clock, the parts off the van, the photos and the payment all happen where the work happened.

  • A fleet calls with a truck down

Raise a dispatch ticket against the unit, see who is closest and what is on their van, and put it on a tech without a phone tree.

  • The tech arrives

The field app shows the unit's history and open deferred work before they open the hood. Travel and regular time clock separately, and the clock becomes billable labor.

  • A driver has to sign a DVIR

DVIR with your own templates, signed on the device and stored against the unit. Safety and compliance surfaces are never behind a paywall — that is a Bill of Rights commitment.

  • The job is done and the truck has to move

Parts come off van stock, the trip charge applies, the invoice goes out, and the customer can pay on the spot from their phone.

What turns on

Editions are pack sets over one system. Nothing here is a separate product, and moving between editions switches packs rather than migrating data.

The full service operation

Everything in Shop — the core is identical on every edition.

  • Service orders, estimates, customers, units and scheduling
  • Inspections, DVI, preventive maintenance and deferred work
  • Invoicing, payments, pay-by-link and a customer portal
  • Unlimited users

Everything that happens away from a bay

The pack that makes a truck a workplace rather than an exception.

  • Dispatch board and dispatch tickets
  • Service-truck registry and van stock — unlimited trucks, at no per-truck charge
  • Field app for technicians and drivers, built for a phone
  • DVIR with your own templates and stored signatures
  • Driver accounts
  • Trip charges
  • Text actions to the customer from the job

For the fleets you serve

Mobile operators usually work for fleets rather than walk-ins, so the fleet-facing surfaces come with the edition.

  • Full customer portal for fleet contacts
  • Telematics connectors
  • Preventive maintenance contracts
  • Cost-per-mile reporting

When you should buy something else

Selling you the wrong edition costs us more than it earns. If one of these describes you, the edition named is the one you want.

  • You run a parts counter see Parts & Service

Point of sale, cash drawers, purchase orders, vendors and cores are in the parts pack.

  • You want your general ledger in the system see Parts & Service

GL, AP, statements and AR aging are in the back-office pack.

Questions

How much is each additional service truck?
Nothing. Trucks are not a billable unit on any edition, the same way users are not. What you pay is a base for the edition and a meter that only moves when you close a customer invoice.
Does the field app work on a bad connection?
The field surface is built as a progressive web app for phones and is designed to hold up in a yard. It is not a native app in an app store, which is deliberate — it updates when we ship, with nothing for your techs to install.
Do I have to pay to view a DVIR?
No. Safety and compliance surfaces — DVIR viewing, the audit log — are never gated behind an edition. That is written into the Bill of Rights specifically so it cannot quietly change.
