Questions
- How much is each additional service truck?
- Nothing. Trucks are not a billable unit on any edition, the same way users are not. What you pay is a base for the edition and a meter that only moves when you close a customer invoice.
- Does the field app work on a bad connection?
- The field surface is built as a progressive web app for phones and is designed to hold up in a yard. It is not a native app in an app store, which is deliberate — it updates when we ship, with nothing for your techs to install.
- Do I have to pay to view a DVIR?
- No. Safety and compliance surfaces — DVIR viewing, the audit log — are never gated behind an edition. That is written into the Bill of Rights specifically so it cannot quietly change.
